My personal experience with this was like, I saw this movie multiple times in theater.

So I think the runtime didn't feel prohibitive to me because I kept going back not only to see it, but to sit in a movie theater and see it.

So I really liked it.

My best friend, Bane, who I just really enjoy watching in this movie.

I think he's great.

Very entertaining.

Genuinely very entertaining.

I don't think the movie is even close to as good as Dark Knight, obviously, but there are things in it to recommend it and that I like.

There are things in it that really don't work.

It's very bloated.

To your point about isn't it fun when everyone is in this movie.

this can sometimes feel like the opposite where you're like, wait, I like actually forgot that these like, not two, but like 25 people are in this movie, right?

And the character list is so vast and so long.

The strands, you know, I think the opening sequence is very emblematic of your like, wait, I'm kind of like confused already and did I need to be, right?

But I think that the

reaction to the movie like I think it was decently reviewed at the time like it was pretty well reviewed the trilogy overall though I think that's part of it that's inextricable it's just like closing and concluding a trilogy that is so well regarded and there being a lot of like admiration for that at the time maybe that makes it a little harder in the moment to discern how people felt about the movie I feel like over time now people are more inclined to be like this is like a meme movie as opposed to like a sacred text but you know your mileage may vary and that's okay I think Bane is um god dear
