And so I've got, it's like a cycle of two to four weeks to ultimately get all of that done.
That's good.
And a carry over.
And it works on a cycle.
I've had a lot of diaries in the past, but I've found that there's something just really old school about that.
And it's a bit messy and it gets updated with scribbles.
And there's something about that that I really like.
And the blue tack on the wall, you know, I have...
I have a very organised, chaotic wall behind my laptop.
It's just fantastic.
It's so good.
Yeah.
I think we as well, we live in a digital world and time where everything, you know, parts of that get transferred into my phone.
But a lot of it's, I don't know, it's something more personal that doesn't need to go in the diary or whatever.
reminders or birthdays or milestones or, you know, whatever that is that can stay there in my office, just for my eyes.
It's actually very nice because it feels as though I haven't intentionally done this, but I think I had to go quiet for a while, a period, to work and learn and observe.
And, I mean, I'm always going to be doing that, but come into a new sector, new field, and so grain, bright-eyed and bushtailed, just going, trying to soak it all up, you know.
And...
It now feels as though in that quiet, quietness, anonymity, that time, I've been able to really anchor in myself and my work, develop really great skills, work with amazing people and learn to stay teachable.
And to learn and grow and be able to share that with other people when the time is right.
