And then it's where work fits in, where my recovery and my meetings fit in, where study's coming into it and where's the intersection of all this and how does it look and how do I also show up?
completely at work in those times, you know, so nothing's lacking.
And I do this really old school thing every Sunday.
I write a Monday to Friday on a white piece of paper, literally just and write in all my key things each day I need.
The process of writing it by hand is
I know my week and I know where I've got my gaps and I know where I can save time just through that motion of doing that.
It's so, I don't know, it's old school cliche.
It goes on Blu-Tack on the wall in front of me.
But it's the actual writing, brain to hand to paper, pen to paper, that process does something where...
I don't know.
I don't know what it is.
I feel like you're getting what I'm saying.
I keep them, but I do back some fronts now to try and save on paper.
But I keep them for a period because I also can then see on the right-hand side of this schedule, it's got my to-do list and I get to, and it's good.
There's about a three to four week cycle where that page will either be on the back of
previous week or it will be sitting in a folder for me.
