Every decision that we make in this organization will be centered around maximizing him and our players.

And I want him to be involved in a lot of the decisions in places that I've been.

When I was in New Orleans, Sean Payton was that way with Drew Brees.

And it's important for that ownership.

I wanted to be a head football coach, but I wanted to be a head football coach with the right people.

I know the collaborative approach that Brandon Bean has with coaches and personnel as you put it all together.

As long as you have clear visions and you can articulate exactly what you're looking for, then you can trust that the personnel is going to do everything they can to get that.
