I think motivation, what drives people today to do it might be a little different.

Like I said, when I signed, I wanted to be the best.

In the 90s, there was a belief that you couldn't even get on without being the best.

That's not the belief anymore.

And it's a lot more money in it today.

Visibly, these kids today can pick up their phone and look at what's going on all over the world.

And that helps to shape their ideas.
