What is the gamification?
There is all different ones where guides will have ones where you have individualized goals.
You have team goals.
Our Brownsville campus, the biggest motivated for the youngest kids is the petting zoo.
So if the whole level exceeds all their academics for a week and a session, they get a petting zoo.
When you talk about motivation, okay, they don't want money.
You get the bunny and the petting zoo.
Those kids, they'd go do 10 hours of homework.
Can you talk for the kids that do want money about alpha bucks?
We have a whole economy based on alphas.
Alphas are used where fundamentally you do these academics, then you can earn alphas.
And then how can you spend those alphas?
It's all age dependent, so it gets very different, which is very interesting just talking about motivation and money.
In general, there's a lot of motivations that parents love.
Oh, the petting zoo, that sounds really cool.
Or I get more privileges.
They're in privilege and stuff.
Those two.
Money is obviously the controversial one that causes everybody to just go, oh my God.
