This is the Massachusetts Institute of Technology about AI.
And I suspect Meta and Mr. Musk will need to look away.
And at the risk of repeating myself, it reminds me seriously of 1999 and the dot-com boom that we saw then.
We didn't see any of the benefits of all these dot-coms.
But we saw the stock market soar in them.
Now, the CSO coming much closer to home put out some data on household or house purchasers and the medium income for whom they were lucky enough to get on the housing ladder.
That's quite interesting, isn't it?
So just to remind people, median kind of strips out the extremes.
But that โฌ84,000... And that's household income rather than individual income.
It could be movers.
