But again, who knows?
Lots of times Messi stood still.
Hey, I've a few other bits to get to you, like quite interesting ones.
I'll come to leave South Africa in a moment.
URC results.
But first, Michael Conlon.
this very interesting relationship that we down south have had with Michael Conlon.
He has retired.
He was fighting in Belfast in front of not a great crowd and lost to Kevin Walsh, split decision.
And he had vowed his next loss, he's retiring and so he loses this fight.
And here he is, he's kind of, he's covered in bruises and cuts and he's topless in the dressing room and here he is retiring on BBC.
So that's Michael Conlon done.
It's a great kind of career, obviously, bronze medal winner, the London Games, completely robbed in 2016, obviously, and then turned professional, had a world title fight, close to 25 professional fights.
I suppose there'll be a lot of people who will feel
They've sort of lost touch with his career in recent years.
And you jump back to 2015, he was the RTE Sportsperson of the Year, like fended off the likes of Rory McIlroy that year and, you know, Conor McGregor, who was kind of toast to the town at the time.
And he was the Sportsperson of the Year because he had become the first Irishman to win the Amateur World Championship and then obviously had the bronze three years earlier.
And he was...
sports person of the year 2016 screwed in Rio I think you know everybody very much on his side and outraged on his behalf and then he turned professional and RTE you know they covered a lot of his early fights and had studio analysis covering those fights so that's kind of 2017 territory and then as I understand it and this could be a blunt kind of understanding he's with MTK founded by Daniel Kinnan and journalists in the south are writing about that
there's like a ban on quite a few journalists.
