As someone who...
at one point was envisioning going into food science.

One of the things you hear is that young people don't drink as much as the older generations do.
Another pretty contemporary trend that is not young people per se is the rise of GLP-1s, which supposedly also curtail people's desire to drink alcohol.
But what do you see in terms of consumer tastes among newer, younger people right now?
