Like, there was noise of somebody smashing a stick.
I imagine it was him.
He was crying.
He was legitimately holding back tears.
So part of it, if you ask him now, he could be like, yeah, I might regret that a little bit.
I was so emotional.
And that's kind of the difference is like,
This guy cares so much, and he's looking at it like this is the last game of the year in front of a sold-out crowd and fans who care that are paying big money.
And the players are like, we kind of battled.
We came up short, and then this game didn't mean anything.
So there's a huge disconnect there, and I think part of it is he's like, there can't be.
It shouldn't matter that you're out of the playoffs.
Fuck that.
You need to play every single game like it's your last.
It's a cliche, but a lot of these teams in the playoffs, that's how they go about doing it.
It was electric.
I'll say that.
