Getting the right kind of workforce
Encouraging, pandering, if you will, to specific favorite demographic groups.
Identifying people as members of groups, not as individuals.
I don't care who you are as a human being.
I don't want to hear your background.
I can look at you and I can tell you are part, you are male from European heritage.
That's your identity.
So that's what they're doing now.
And that's brand spanking new in terms of the traditional way in which the intelligence community worked or the federal government worked.
And it's right out of Marxism, right?
So cultural Marxism, you don't care about people, you care about
about identities that are group in nature.
Remember?
So you're not talking about capitalists and workers anymore.
You're talking about different adversary groups within the five social categories I was talking about.
So this is what makes DEI policies right out of cultural Marxism.
Well, this was the traditional definitions of politicization.
Okay.
Arguably, what's happened in the last few years is another variety.
They're into senior positions by now.
