So, you know, our goal here is not to, you know, to raise a bunch of money and spend a bunch of money.
Our goal here is really to get the word out and really energize people all over the country to on one day come together and really express how much they value local news and how much local news elevates their community.
Yeah.
And, you know, for profit or nonprofit, really the you know.
A hundred percent.
And you know, the, what I, our friend, uh, Evan Smith always liked to say that, um, you know, one of the founders of the Texas Tribune, um, like to say that your, your tax status is not a business model.
Right.
I mean, uh, and that's really true.
But at the end of the day, um,
Local news matters only if it's reaching an audience that it can have an impact, right?
If you're doing great journalism, but nobody knows about it, that isn't doing any good.
