They've got to see what the evidence is and what the prosecution has. I mean, as of right now, I believe he's still in Pennsylvania. I don't think I'm telling any secrets in that I think extradition will probably get waived and that they'll get to New York and then they'll get the discovery, which is the package of information. And then they'll make a decision as to what's going to happen here.
