And the convictions occurred because his identity was misrepresented as Gerald Wood instead of his real name, Conan Hayes.
Gerald Wood voluntarily agreed to let this gentleman use his county key card to get into the room.
And identify himself as Gerald Wood.
Gerald Wood agreed to that in advance.
So there was no identity theft.
There was no conspiracy to seal identity.

What, and is that the basis, one of the basis for your appeal?
I mean, it's kind of shocking that these fundamental things of her intent and what she was seeing, uh, was not allowed in.
