And he was talking about when he goes on vacation, I go, do you go on vacation and just put it all down?

He goes, no, I work.

He goes, even when I'm with my family, I have to work.

I'm working.

I work seven days a week.

I don't take a day off.

I love it.

And he goes, and I'm terrified of failure.

He goes, that's my motivation.

My motivation is not I want to succeed.

My motivation is fear of failure.

Every day I show up saying, if I don't do this, we could fail, and I'm going to work seven days a week.

Everybody thinks they want to be a CEO.
