And again, I think there's some things we got to do as an organization and we'll outline those for him.

I also think there's some things that, you know, he's thought of or, you know, he might have ideas of ways we could be better.

And I think we need to be responsive to that.

And then I think it's a partnership ultimately.

Like, you know, when you're getting to those levels of players, it's a partnership with the players in the organization.

Obviously, we have our job to do and he's got his.

But, you know, there's a real synergy, I'd say, as to, you know, how he sees the game.

He's lived it.

He's the captain.

It's his room.

You know, what can we do together to try to get this thing to the next level?

That's the conversation we intend on having.

I don't know, Matt, if you have anything else on that.

Yeah, I would say this way.

Like, I don't think there's any deadlines on anything.

Certainly we're not beholden.

I mean, there's, you know, the regular calendar of the NHL, but there'll be no internal deadlines in terms of how we go about our process.

But in fairness to your question, which I think is a good one, is there's a timeline and the timeline's tight.

I mean, we've got a lot of ground to cover.

We've got a lot of important decisions to make.
