opportunities to go outside of the platform.

Okay, there's a company, there's a cool hotel, but their system is not integrated, not on any of the travel sites, but we'd love to bring it to that, and we can by autonomously going and writing an integration, or even just making a phone call.

There's so many times where a receipt didn't come, it was a glitch in their system, I have to call to get the receipt.
