Everything, everybody said, you know, not only did Toronto catch fire, you know, the fans, but the whole country, you know?

Yeah.

And it was like, dang, that's, that's, that's what they were talking about, you know?

And, uh,

And, of course, we got back in 16, so that means everything stayed revved up.

And then, you know, eventually we faded and, you know, I was cut loose.

And then they went through a rebuild.

And then, you know, they got in a couple times with expanded playoffs.

But, you know, it wasn't like it is this year, you know.

Even this year, you know, I tip my hat to these guys, man.

They got a bunch of hard-nosed gamer baseball players.

You know, we saw them.

We opened the season with them at our home opener last year.

You know, we swept them up there in New York.

And, you know, it's the first week of the season.

But, you know, I don't think anybody saw this coming.

And they had some key acquisitions, some really hard-nosed guys.

One thing they could always do these last few years when they built that was a great starting rotation.

Every night they could throw somebody out there that could beat you.

But it all came together.
