Great question. Victor is the person that claimed to have made a copy of it and was called the active agent who removed this from Area 51 and out of that facility. We now know that that is not entirely true from our investigation. It was actually... a United States Air Force cameraman that was the active agent that made the second copy. It was a 16-millimeter film and took this off of Area 51.
