So years ago, I was teaching how to hire Filipino outsourcers because I had hired some people and
I found that tons of people wanted to know how to do it.
So there's a specific set of cultural differences in the Philippines that doesn't exist anywhere else in the world.
And it's not like one of these things makes all the difference.
It's the combination of a bunch of things.
So they're honest.
They're loyal.
They're hardworking.
They speak American English.
