Hey, let's go.
Hey, you could do it.
Well, I will tell you what I did, though, was I did not want to hurt my shoulders.
Once you get over about 400 pounds,
400 pounds on a bar, some of the people out there that are listening that are lifters will know this, you actually get a wobble in the bar.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And again, so when I went to go do the world record, I said, look, I'm not willing to hurt myself.
And they told me do it on a hammer strength.
because it's still a free weight machine, because it doesn't give you any leverage.
So I said, well give me a hammer strength, let me see if I can do it on a hammer strength.
But that way you have a little more stabilization in your shoulders.
But I whipped out 14 reps and Julius Maddox was there.
You know Julius?
Julius is, he is the strongest man in the world.
He benches 782.
Now he's 440 pounds.
But Julius said something to me afterwards which kind of gave me a revelation.
He said, John, that's like one of the greatest feats of strength I've ever seen in my life.
I said, Julius, you do 782, man, that's 555.
