Um, and, uh, and also, so I self published on Amazon and then I also use create space in order to create the print copy.

Is that a publisher or what?

It's so create space is the division of Amazon that allows you to create a print copy of the book.

So it's,

So the book expense was so low.

It costed me, it costed me time, but it costed me almost nothing.

And then to be able to self publish is, you know, cost nothing.

You put a couple thousand dollars into marketing and get some good PR hits and are on some great shows and get in front of the right audience.

And that's really the right way to go about doing it.

No advance.

You know, this all came from me.

This all just came from me being a motivated guy who wanted to give back.

I wanted to give back to my UCSD students.

I wanted to give back to, you know, the over 20,000 people that read my blogs every month.

And keep in mind, all of the proceeds from the book go to charity, right?

So we're giving back to people basically who are dealing with cancer, families who are dealing with cancer.

So it's all for a good cause.

But there's actually good tangible information in there and people are reading it and giving it good reviews.

As soon as we hit 1,000 copies sold, so another 500 from now, we're going to make the full donation to charity, which is going to be between like $7,000 and $10,000.

that's what we're looking to do.
