Like rural communities where maybe there isn't a lawyer, but you need someone to act in that position.
Instead of being like an MD doctor, some people can practice medicine in rural communities they do without being an MD doctor.
I forget the term of it, but whatever that term is.
Well, yeah, they don't have a doctor, but you can you can you still have a degree, not an MD, but some kind of medical degree that maybe doesn't require as much time.
Or you didn't complete your residency.
So maybe maybe it's a relic of that.
This is the inherent tension within any intelligence community, whether it's the CIA or the FBI.
There are legitimate reasons to keep things secret.
You have to keep secrets.
But at the same time, the fact that you're afforded that secrecy allows you to avoid accountability.
