Oh, well, studies show, again, because of the fiber that comes along with the fruit, and also particularly berries.
Did you know berries are like superfood fruits because the pectin in the berries slows down tremendously absorption of the sugar into the body?
Totally.
Oh, yeah.
I've eaten strictly fruits all day with a continuous glucose monitor on, and my blood sugar never spiked above a healthy normal.
