I think number one, anybody can drive innovation and drive product breakthroughs and process breakthroughs by applying the algorithm.
Takeaway number two is I think it's really important for you to use your own product because you start to realize the holes in that product if you use it on a daily basis.
And I'm surprised how many companies don't use their own products.
And then takeaway number three is set very ambitious goals because you change the way people think about the problem.
If you're asking them to make a quantum, almost impossible change versus an incremental change.
