It shows Alison and Bill Chalk basically lashing out at Mr. Cox and Mr. McHugh in a very, very violent way.

They're punching

and they're throwing kicks at the bar where the men are sitting, and this continues into the hotel lobby as well.

The footage shows other patrons attempting to restrain Bill Chalk as he sets upon Mr. McHugh and Mr. Cox, firstly at the bar, and then Alison Chalk is initially seen on the footage

She's trying to pull her brother away.

Then the footage shows her going behind the bar.

She picks up a pint glass and she throws it at Mr. Cox and Mr. McHugh and the other people who are trying to intervene.

The footage then shows Alison Chalk swinging kicks and swinging her arms at the men who are trying to defend themselves from her brother, Bill Chalk.

And then the footage shows Bill Chalk and Alison Chalk following the two men out of the bar and into the hotel lobby where they continue assaulting them.

The two victims claim they had their eyes gouged by the Chalk siblings.

And at this stage, Bill Chalk is on top of Mr. Cox, who is lying on the ground in the lobby of the hotel.

John McHugh also goes to ground as he attempts to pull Bill Chalk off Mr. Cox.

Alison Chalk continues swinging kicks into Mr. McHugh's head as he lays on the ground.

And the court then hears that she leans in and she locks onto the left side of his face and she bites the left side of his face.

The night manager phones Gardie, who arrive at the scene, they restore Cam.

Bill Chalk gives his name to Gardie.

He eventually leaves the scene.

and he's arrested later by appointment at a Garda station.

However, Alison Chalk is arrested at the scene.

She refuses to give her name to Gardaí.
