So we call our monthly boxes missions.
Mission 26 would be our 26th month in business.
So two years, two months.
We sent out Mission 26, the DOP kit.
It was a themed box on mail boxes.
grooming uh grenade soap go soap a grenade soap go company taint scrubber alufa it had some grenade supply antiperspirant a tactical toothbrush a six shooter razor a dop kit bag some beard oil a knife for like grooming it we missed the mark
So it was not a good box.
It was, it was not it.
Yeah, any metric, any KPI that matters when it comes to managing a membership, a subscription business was negatively affected by this.
Churn went down, new acquisition became more difficult because this was the latest box we sent.
The 50 boxes we sent out each month to creators to do reviews and they didn't like it.
So their audience was, it was a complete missed mark in hindsight.
You know, we, we didn't have the processes in place.
We weren't testing stuff.
We weren't, we didn't have a good of pulse on the membership as we should have two years in that we do now.
Yeah.
So we just missed the mark every which way to Sunday.
It was, it was bad.
It was.
I mean, I think we owned it a little bit.
