But with Vlad, I think he's at the point in his career where...
He understands that he's really good and he's really talented.
I've had quiet talks with him like that, quick, like, hey, remember you're one of the best hitters in the game, and he knows.
And he's going out there and he's trying.
He wants to do what everyone wants him to do.
And a lot of times less is more.
Sometimes there's overcoaching.
sometimes there's too many people in your ear, so Pop is definitely the guy we want him talking to about his offense, and Vlad's done a great job working with him, so it's a little bit of a unique situation, but at the end of the day, the player's got to go do it and just trust that we're telling him the right things to do, and he does that, so I've actually seen him and Pop grow over the last year in their relationship, which is cool.
Pop has a unique way of kind of getting in with guys, and
Yeah, just building some trust and things like that.
So, I know Vladdy said it yesterday, like, don't worry about me.
You know, I'll get going.
And I really think he's going to.
So, hopefully a string of good pitchers that we're going to be facing here gets him going.
Yeah, Dylan tomorrow and Max on Wednesday.
And give Trey an extra day after that and kind of go from there.
Right.
I think just both Dylan and Max threw sides today, so I just see how they feel tomorrow after that and go from there.
So we'll know tomorrow afternoon kind of how we're lining up after Pat.
