When you look at guys that we have under contract as starters that aren't here, it puts a little pressure on everyone.

And I think that both the guys that we have that have been here and that are new and the staff were a little bit more well-equipped to kind of handle this.

So they've been great, man.

You need them to kind of stabilize some games, and they've been doing it really, really consistently for about a month.

I mean, it definitely, you know, has been building to this point.

But the guys that you mentioned and guys that are here and it's just kind of has become the expectation.

I think even guys in the bullpen have kind of done that, not just this year, but in years past, where they understand where we are in the season.

They understand where we are with our schedule.

Yeah, that's kind of been their mentality for a number of years.

Like, hey, what do you need from me?

It's that way in the postseason for sure, but I think regular season is a little bit different.

But they've been outstanding in terms of being flexible, being available, and being effective.

What does that say about him?

He's the manager's best friend, where you pretty much know what you're going to get.

The stuff is going to be there.

He doesn't push back when we say, hey, we may need you for two.

He just wants to pitch.
