you learn, I always say like you need reps and you need good reps and bad reps and things like that.
But yeah, you learn from every experience.
And I think a couple of years ago, you know, you can easily say, woe is me, woe is us, you know, look at all these injuries.
And I think now you're a little just more well, you know, equipped to kind of handle it.
And in terms of the stuff that keeps me up at night, yeah, it's way different.
You know, it's, it's, you know, a couple of years ago or back in my first year or,
in 2022 you're kind of you know up at night thinking about your next day and kind of you know how you're going to manage your time and who you got to talk to and this and that the day flows a lot differently and a lot you know a lot cleaner uh these days so i think it's it's other things that you want to kind of tighten up to keep you up at night and

Like, I've evolved, for sure.
And I think the staff here that has been here has kind of evolved.
And you go into problem-solving mode as opposed to a little bit of a panic mode where you go, okay, what are we going to do now?
It's kind of like, okay, this is the blueprint, and let's try to attack this.
Yeah, I think so.
You know, I've you know, the more you do it, you know, you you you make decisions that work, you make decisions that don't.
I think, again, as long as you have a plan and as long as you have a reason to do it, you can't you're not going to be perfect.
You know what I mean?
You're not going to be perfect.
So I think really kind of.
The process part before and during, I think, is where I've evolved and where, you know, the staff has evolved.
And you make a decision, you know, you hope it works out and then you leave it behind and you leave it for people to either applaud or critique.
