You know, that's just part of it.

And I think about it way less.

But I think about it way less and I try to just move on to the next day.

OK, what's important for tomorrow?

And it's like, okay, you want to pick the right one.

What goes into it, you know, there's track record.

There's, you know, what he's doing right now.

There's, you know, we do a lot of homework in terms of guys that have played with Pat, whether it's players, whether it's other coaches that have crossed paths with him and try to get, you know, a little bit of the background of the person to, you know, so we're lucky enough to have Max that knows him well and people in Texas that I know that know him well and.

kind of know what he's all about.

And then it has to work out financially and contract and how it's structured, all that kind of stuff.

And, you know, so far, so really good.

You know what I mean?

Just a guy that I think knows how to compete, knows how to pitch.

That's part of the equation.

I think it's tempting to sometimes when you're looking for someone to fill a spot, you know, to go right to stuff and right to, you know,
