And that's, you know, that was months ago, probably, and we've spent a lot of time together just thinking through it with some architects and land planners to kind of think about, you know, conceptually what we could do here.

Well, I think that, look, the ordinance was Washington Square Park, Crown Center area.

And, you know, in listening to our fans, if you look, I probably should have talked about it while the map was up on the screen there.

The architects could have fit something into Washington Square Park, but it had challenges for us as a baseball team.

If you think about Minneapolis over a freeway with Grand there, I think it was 11.7 acres total between the Blue Cross building and Washington Square Park.

When you look at this site that we just showed you today, what is it, 15 acres, Brooks?
