These come in 15 and 18-core, and the 18-core is just with everything enabled to write.
It's 6 super and 12 performance, and so instead of being like the M4 was 10 big, 4 little, and this is 6 big, 12 little.
Again, total inversion.
But the 18-cores are the ones with everything working.
The bandwidth is what it is.
You're just slicing and dicing how much bandwidth you have with display stream compression.
But the point is, what we're reading you now is the M5 Pro, remember?
Really good display support because the M5 Pro, as we noted before, when Apple said the M5 Pro and the M5 Max feature a new 18-core architecture, guess what?
The M5 Pro and the M5 Max are...
basically the same except for gpu core so it's going back to the m1 and m2 generation when the pro and the max the pro was just the max with some gpu cores lopped off now this is not i don't think it's a lopping off thing we'll have to see what you know again because the whole architecture is different with separate dies inside the package and stuff but that's the upshot that the pro this is a good pro year if you don't care about gpu the pro has all the same goods as the max essentially uh modulo binning uh and you just have fewer gpus inside there

We're still just doing the SoCs.
But anyway, the Max, it only comes in 18-core.
So that's just market segmentation.
They could make it with the 15-core in it, but they don't.
So you get the M5 Max, you get it with everything working.
So again, it's six big cores, 12 little ones.
There's no wondering which one you're going to get.
All the Maxes have everything working.
You do get a choice in the GPU.
