And I've said it before when people ask me, like, I mean, I think there's also part of it that it's somewhat comforting that if you're sitting down at home with a fucking dinner in front of you or sitting there a few cans and you're watching something terrible that's been done to somebody.
And then you can turn it off and say, thank Christ that's not me.
Or anybody that I know.
So I think there's a bit of that in it.
But on the flip side of that, Ireland is that small.
It could be someone you know.
I mean, we covered a case there not too long ago and it was going back several decades.
But one of the other girls here, I think it was an aunt or a relation of hers was one of the victims.
Now, it wasn't that we didn't know or anything like that, but it's a small world.
And I've certainly found that in some of the feedback that I'm getting, like you were talking about that Midlands Letters case there recently.
And I got contacted a while ago to do an interview for the Garda Review.
It's an internal magazine that goes out if you're subscribed to it.
But a lovely woman did this interview with me over the phone.
She was in Iceland for some reason.
She was talking to me from Iceland.
