So compared to, we lose, of course, customers every year.

It's normally like this, that you sign up for the yearly, but you're sure that you don't want to use it in a year's time.
You don't want it to be renewed.
So you cancel after two months.
Then we deduct ARR.
You don't get money back because we have a refund, like 40 days full refund, but you don't get money back part of the year.
like almost none i think we have like one a month or something something and something happened and we also had to always have the benefit of the doubt normally it's the infrastructure of the of the event space or your your computer or whatever but if they had a bad experience with ventimeter we're happy to pay it back because there's no money for us and happy customers are worth much more

So every country in Europe contributes with a song and I'm a big fan of this.

And actually, news and PR people called me when it's time for Sweden's version of the Eurovision contest to hear what I have to comment on it.
So I'm kind of becoming a guru in the Eurovision Song Contest context because we did this fun thing for... And the goal, of course, growth because it's a very big event, but it kind of generates a lot of buzz around the company.
