Hold individuals responsible for their conduct.

What the fuck does what happened at a restaurant have anything to do with that?

Unless you are doing some kind of collective punishment of protesters in which because some protesters have done things that you don't like.

whatever you're describing it as, whoever you're mischaracterizing it, what does that have to do with the rights of an individual to record people, to try to prevent someone from being hurt, from not being murdered on the street with bullets in the back?
