But remember, Officer Poundcake wasn't Afro Man's only target.

Officer Randy Walters sued Afro Man for saying... I mean, what was it again?

Which again, meant Randy Walters had to get up on the witness stand and answer the question, are you a son of a bitch?

I gotta say, I didn't realize that determining whether or not someone was a bitch was part of the legal profession.

It does give me hope for my new pilot, Bitch Court with Judge Jordan.

This is generally the big challenge with the defamation lawsuit, because to win, you have to argue that a reasonable person would believe that Afro Man's claims were facts and not just jokes.
