I would say that we're not governing in crisis.

Maybe that's the case.

We're just reacting to crisis and papering it over, hopefully until the new tenants move in, and then they go, there's no floor here.

And I have to say, it feels like the Democrats are willing to govern, however incompetently,

But the Republicans truly decided from day one, we're not working with this guy.

In your mind, when did it work to address a problem and then execute that solution in a reasonably competent, non-overly bureaucratic manner?
