How are you gonna deal with the reality when it meets... rubber meets the road when you get in there?
You know, we have seen that that reality is, in many ways, a result of the political coalition that you build.

The coalition you build can change that reality.

These are things that are not just broadly popular.
They also have precedents.
And most importantly, though, you're not looking to do them in and of themselves.
You're looking to do them to fund an affordability agenda that would transform quality of life for every New Yorker.
