I get at least eight hours of sleep every night now post-acquisition, and that correlated very strongly with me losing 70 pounds.

Uh, happily married, uh, and four kids, eight and under.

What would my, I wish my 20 year old self, um, uh, I don't know.

I, I think

I think part of life is that you go through experiences, good or bad, and you try to learn as you go.

I guess, if anything, I would say I wish my 20-year-old self knew that you could slow down and take a breath and still do well in the end of the day and still feel good about your progress.

You don't have to get everything done instantaneously, as maybe I once thought.
