Yep, she was ordered to pay her six-year-old $2,000 in damages for posting a video of herself cracking an egg on the poor girl's head.

I want to see the court case where the baby lawyers are representing the baby.

I don't know.

I feel like it's kind of deserved.

Whenever the parents are doing that, I'm like, man, that's kind of mean.

And your kid can't stop you, right?

And the kid's just so happy to be with the parent.

And then suddenly, bam, bully.

Oh.

The crazy thing is the daughter wasn't the one who made the complaint.

Someone else did.

And a prosecutor picked it up and ran with it and argued to the judge that this just wasn't fun.

It was cruel.

All right, this is a little much.

now with a little neck brace on too the judge agreed with that sentiment and said quote to record and humiliate a child then broadcast it to thousands of people i find that incredibly degrading to which the opposing lawyer interjected and said it was actually more like millions abused not thousands

Let's not downplay the virality of my client's video, please.

So that obviously didn't help.

Also, the mother insisted it was just a harmless prank, but that argument fell on deaf ears.

I'm kind of with her on this.
