We actually have some things now that we're doing where we're taking a lot more than the 15%.
I didn't want to go into it too much, but with some partnership deals that we have, we do sort of bulk deals.
and end up making like 30, 35%.
A bunch of stuff.
No, no, no, no, no need to get into it now, but it's growing fast, that portion.
That's the best part is we've got almost no churn.
Once people like the once, once someone gets their stuff into their home, there's a little bit of, uh, you know, turmoil or turmoil, but getting the back and forth.
No, that's so, so that, that, that has happened a handful of times and it will happen in the future.
But, um,
It's a small percentage.
And if that happens, you know, we just have a button on the dashboard says I need to move.
And it pings a customer service person and will help find the person who is renting that space, a new space, and we'll move them into it for free.
Um, right now we've got a bunch of free channels that are operated by unpaid interns.
So technically nothing.
So where are you spending all this money you've raised?
Um, we're spending money in, um, on, in San Francisco, um, marketing doing, uh, doing more paid ad channels.
