By that point, two judges had already died.
One was in a coma.
Members of the Board of Elections staff had died as well.
We were told, do you really want to be responsible for the possible death of a Board of Elections worker?

So there's, there's Jerry Nadler, myself and Lindsay Boylan who are on the ballot in the 10th district.
The only, um, and, um, so this is again, just the context, just the how many signatures did she get?
Um,
So we actually found about an 80% invalidity rate, um, going line by line, uh, because most of them were collected and the Bronx or Queens, again, we're kind of getting in the weeds here, but I'm curious because this is, if I'm Nadler, I find someone like this on purpose to split the vote that might go to YouTube.
Well, so here's the thing, Nathan.
So there actually was someone exactly like that, who basically started collecting about 80% of their total 400 signatures in that weekend after the announcement was made and the deadline to file was.
And so we easily got that candidate off the ballot because they had only a tiny fraction of the ballot signatures.
However...
this this other candidate because they submitted um you know about 2500 or so it it kind of would have taken this more onerous invalidating process with members of the teams sitting across the table in person um and so what what you described did actually happen um and
And yeah, I mean, again, it just goes to show you how at every single part of the process, and Nancy Pelosi said this herself, power is never given.
It is always taken.
And this bears out in every single way you can imagine.
So we are heading back to court, back to the Second Circuit this Friday to defend our win to restore the presidential primary.
And if they lose again and appeal again, it will go to the Supreme Court.
