But what the thing is, is I can respect exactly what they were able to do in this company because they they went through bad creative.
I thought at the beginning and then made their own and then just let it go.
And they saw the popularity and saw the merchandise.
So it worked out.
I mean, I've been the biggest fan of that that act, but I definitely can respect the longevity they had in the company.
Yeah, I want you to think about what you just said there, talking about the PG era.
Because as great as the Attitude Era was, it had run its course, and so they went the other way and became a PG company.
And the PG of WWE, a lot of it you can give to the New Day because it was really geared toward kids.
It was geared toward younger fans.
You didn't have to worry about the New Day doing something raunchy or saying something out of pocket because parents could always look at the New Day and say, oh, that's just a fun group of guys that are bringing a lot of energy to the arena.
So if nothing else, their legacy is, is that when you think of the PG era, you think about the new day, having fun with the trombone, with the cereal.
And of course, the merchandise sales through the roof because it's three nice guys and they weren't necessarily raunchy.
They weren't necessarily like, you know.
cutting their foreheads and bleeding every night.
They weren't that group.
It was just a bunch of guys that really enjoyed being together.
You saw friendship.
You saw smiles on faces.
And that was the whole key for the new day in WWE.
They want to have guys that can put smiles on fans' faces.
