So.
huge drastic differences between just the brightness of light.
That's a good starting point.
If you can get out more, do that.
Again, don't burn.
We're not advocating for that.
But get sun exposure, get bright light into the eyes if it's in shade, if it's in direct sunlight.
Yeah, so if you're doing everything the beginner challenge is doing, we can move on to the advanced.
The first thing is to view the sunrise.
So in the beginner, it was 10 to 30 minutes of unfiltered morning sunlight within the first hour of waking up.
That may not necessarily be the sunrise.
Advanced, go view the sunrise.
So yes, that is early.
I did it this morning, I did it yesterday, I did it the day before, I did it the day before.
I'm very lucky, I live five minutes away from the beach so I get to drive a quick short drive onto the beach and it's amazing.
But even if you're not living near the beach, even if you can't see the horizon, get outside for sunrise.
Why is this so important?
So during the sunrise,
we have a huge concentration of those longer wavelengths, red, and a ton of infrared light.
This is because of a phenomenon called Rayleigh scattering, so the blue light gets scattered into the atmosphere, the red light gets concentrated where the sun is, and you are being exposed to a ton of those red light wavelengths.
