So don't look at your phone right away.
Go seek the sun.
Go seek the sunrise in the morning.
I love that.
Yes.
So this is a key pillar in advancing your light exposure.
So
sunbathing in the middle of the day.
Now, it's actually really interesting.
So if you look at the work of Dr. Alexander Wunsch, he's an MD PhD out of Germany.
He's one of the leading experts in photobiology, right?
How light affects our biology.
He puts it really interesting that sunbathing in the middle of the day
is actually better than sunbathing at like 10, 11 AM.
Because in the middle of the day, there's a higher proportion of UVB relative to UVA.
So UV light can also be split up into UVA, UV, and UVB.
And UVB is what produces vitamin D. UVA produces nitric oxide.
But UVB produces vitamin D and also is what allows our body to tan.
And so there's high proportion of UVB, whereas UVA is where we see more wrinkles and potentially skin damage and things like that.
So when you sunbathe, make sure it's in the middle of the day.
