And if you're not in college, if you're working in an environment, just buy an incandescent light bulb and place it on your desk on a little lamp, right?
But I quite literally bring an incandescent light bulb everywhere I go.
I want to point out this paper really quickly here.

It's going to be published in scientific reports, nature scientific reports, very reputable journal.

I read the pre-print paper.
Literally what they did is they had these participants that were in a artificially lit environment, no windows.
They tested their color contrast in their eyes.
So basically, it's very simply color contrast.
If you have an improvement in color contrast, you can think of it just as an improvement in visual function.
Okay, let's just keep it simple like that.
Improvement in visual function.
They found a very strong improvement in visual function simply by adding
two 60-watt incandescent light bulbs to the desk.
Now, this was... The participants weren't getting the infrared... The incandescent light bulb shined on them.
