It's crazy to think about and I know it's crazy and my friends think I'm crazy when I bring around an incandescent light bulb everywhere, but it has real health benefits and we just need to bring those back.
So anyways, getting back to this last pillar of this challenge here, eliminate overhead lighting and just get
amber tinted incandescent if you can if you can't get incandescent amber tinted leds is fine um you know it's better than better than bright leds but incandescent would be best uh and if you want to i can give you some recommendations to some bulbs that i really like uh but yeah that would be
you're gonna feel these improvements and your body's gonna thank you very long-term.

I was raised in a very holistic household.
So we, you know, did a lot of preventative things.
We focused a lot on diet, exercise, sun exposure as well.
We had a lot of, you know,
different modalities, you know, infrared saunas.
We have the same infrared sauna down in my garage that we've had before I was even born.
So my family was very into this.
My mom raised all of us on a very holistic, healthy lifestyle.
