And being Chicago, we're right next to O'Hare.

Now, 51 years later, one of the biggest seafood operations in the country.
Oh, there's no one better in the business world on business, you know, other businesses as well that he says, I don't care if you're going to make it work.
He's one of those people that it's failing is not an option.
I didn't want to come empty-handed, that's for sure.

We got a, this one.
This is a one in 30 million orange lobster from Nova Scotia.
Yeah.
And then this is somewhere between one and 30 million, half orange, half albino.
This is one in 30 million to 100 million, somewhere in that range.
They don't know because they're so rare.
The bright orange are used at China Club in Fountain Blue.
