I just did a little calf raise as you, anybody watching on YouTube is going to be like, what is he doing?
Because I keep doing things with my feet here.
I'm just resting kind of on the ball of my foot and then the toes are keeping me balanced from falling forward, but they're not like tensed up or anything.
And if I was doing a calf raise and I was holding onto something or I had the shoulder pads like on the machine, I wouldn't even need to flex my toes at all because I would be using that for balance.
You're using your calf.
That's good, right?
